Payment Policy
If the booking is made with a partial deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full one day before the check-in date.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations are accepted and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Security Deposit
- A security deposit of 1,000 AED is required in cash upon arrival.
- The deposit is returned in full prior to check-out, provided the chalet is handed back in clean and undamaged condition.
- In the event of excessive mess or uncleanliness, 300 AED will be deducted from the security deposit.
