Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Rebook.ae platform. By accessing or using our website, you expressly agree to all terms stated below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Rebook.ae website and its applications.
• User / Guest: Anyone who browses the website or books a property.
• Owner: The owner of a chalet or property listed on the platform.
• Booking: The reservation of a tourist unit through the platform.
• Service Fee: The commission charged by the platform for providing its services.

2. Nature of Service

Rebook.ae operates as an electronic intermediary between property owners and guests. The platform facilitates property listings, booking completion, and secure payment processing. Rebook.ae does not own or directly manage any listed properties and therefore bears no responsibility for discrepancies between what is displayed and what a guest actually finds.

3. Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at registration (name, phone number, email).
• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
• Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. Booking & Payment

• A booking is only confirmed after payment is completed and an official confirmation message is received.
• Payments are processed through secure, certified gateways: Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, and cash where available.
• Service fees are added to the booking price and are clearly displayed before payment is finalised.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• In the event of a payment failure, the booking is not considered valid; please try again.

5. User Conduct

All platform users are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing misleading or false information during registration or booking.
• Contacting owners to bypass the platform and complete bookings outside it.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of UAE law.
• Publishing offensive, defamatory, or fake content in reviews or messages.
• Attempting to breach or undermine platform security or affecting other users experience.
• Hosting unauthorised parties or gatherings in booked properties.

6. Owner Responsibilities

• Owners bear full responsibility for the accuracy of their listed information (photos, description, amenities, prices).
• The property must be ready and clean at the time of handover to the guest.
• Owners must comply with local UAE laws regarding property rental.
• Owners may not cancel a confirmed booking except in extreme emergencies with immediate platform notification.
• The platform reserves the right to deduct a financial penalty from the owner wallet in case of owner-initiated cancellations.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including text, images, designs, and trademarks is the exclusive property of Rebook.ae and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or republished without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

While Rebook.ae strives to ensure the quality of displayed information, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data provided by owners. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services or any disputes between guests and owners.

10. Amendments

Rebook.ae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your implicit acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute, an amicable resolution shall first be sought; otherwise, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
