Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is completely free if made 7 days or more before the arrival date.

Terms & Conditions
- Strict adherence to the designated check-out time is required.
- Raising speaker volume is not permitted.
- All areas must be kept clean; waste must be disposed of in designated areas.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building; outdoors only.
- Moving chairs, furniture, or sofas from their designated positions is not allowed.
- Moving beds from their positions in bedrooms is not allowed.
- Barbecuing in designated areas only.
- Animals are not permitted in bedrooms or living areas.
- Throwing waste into the pool or using oils and soap inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Cooking inside is prohibited; light snacks only indoors.
- The tenant bears full responsibility for any damage to property; costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- The owner bears no responsibility for any pool incident; swimming is at guests' own risk.
- The owner bears no responsibility for loss of any personal belongings inside the rest house.
Important Notice: Security Deposit & Property Care
- Security deposit: AED 1,000 is collected upon arrival and refunded after check-out provided no damage has occurred.
- Guest count must be strictly observed: If the number of guests exceeds the agreed count at the time of booking, an amount will be deducted from the security deposit for each additional person.
- Hanging or attaching balloons, decorations, or any items to walls in a way that damages paint, causes scratches, holes, or sticky marks is strictly prohibited.
- Please maintain the cleanliness of sofas, chairs, and carpets and avoid anything that causes permanent stains or fabric damage.
- The pool and its facilities must be maintained and must not be misused.
- All furniture, contents, and appliances in the rest house must be preserved from damage or misuse.
- The cost of any damage, including walls, paint, furnishings, furniture, pool, appliances, or any other part of the rest house, will be deducted from the prepaid security deposit.
- If damage costs exceed the security deposit amount, the tenant is responsible for paying the full difference.
Valuables & Personal Safety
- The rest house bears no responsibility for the loss, misplacement, or theft of any valuables (cash, jewellery, electronics, or other items) brought or left by guests during their stay.
- Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and safeguard their personal belongings throughout the duration of their stay.
- Use of the pool and all rest house facilities is entirely at the guests' personal risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times inside and near the pool; child safety in the pool is entirely the parents' responsibility.
- The rest house bears no responsibility for any injury, accident, or drowning resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions by guests.
- Acknowledging and reading this notice is considered one of the main conditions for confirming your booking, and constitutes the guest's explicit acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
- Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the rest house in excellent condition for all guests.
Pool Usage Rules
Prohibited inside the pool:
- Oils, moisturisers, skincare products, perfumes, and makeup
- Soap, shampoo, and hair dye
- Sand, food, and beverages
- Regular diapers; swim diapers are mandatory for young children
- Balloons; risk of filter blockage and water contamination
- Regular cotton clothing
- Jumping aggressively or pushing others
Required before and during swimming:
- Shower before entering the pool
- Proper swimwear only
- Continuous supervision of children; child safety in the pool is entirely the parents' responsibility
- Use floating plastic pool toys instead of balloons
Oils, soap, and balloons cause cloudy water, filter damage, and additional cleaning costs. Violating these rules and polluting the pool will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
